There is no form for in-state moves. Just write BATFE W.Va. a letter stating your are the registered owner of X (serial number 123), Y (serial number 456) and Z (serial number 789); that you are moving to a new residence at (address); and that you would like the NFA Registry updated to reflect the new address. Send the letter in duplicate. Ask them to stamp one copy "RECEIVED" and mail that copy back to you. That will be your proof that they were notified. |
