What address is used for form 5320.20? I know I can fax it, but the last time I did that they sent me an error letter that it was unreadable....six weeks later. I have a West Virginia address, in Martinsburg, that I've read about, but the 2006 dated form 5320.20 has the D.C address on it. Thanks. |
