It was my understanding that using an adjustable gas block
is good for running a suppressed 308 with full load ammo or
any suppressed rifle from my understanding...

The question is that I got PRI adjustable gas block and it came
with Loctite...I see that using Loctite to secure the gas block
into place is a good idea...but do I use Loctite on the adjustable
screw as well????

I run a jp adjustable block on my ar10. Once you shoot the rifle a couple times the adjustment screw will get sooted up a bit and stay in place.

I couldn't get my Larue PredatAR 7.62 to run suppressed, put a Syrac on it, set it, and it runs unspressed and suppressed on one setting.

Beyond my expections, I'm considering putting one on a 5.56 just for gas control.

that actually make sense....except right now I think my PRI gas block is out of spec...the gas block slides into place and is loose enough that I can feel
it...I don't think my RA select barrel would be out of spec....both are .750.

loose enough that if I let go of the gas block...top part will swing over to the bottom....

Im stupid...the gas block should sit in place over the gas port when I tighten the block...
