Ok so i won the bid for the XCR last week to benefit Ginger's family. Before the auction i had zero interest in the rifle. So i know nothing about it other than what I've read here and there. 1. What slings are you guys using? Looks like it uses HK style clips. 2. Is there an adapter i need so that i can put my magpul CTR stock on the folder? If so where do i get it? 3. is the conversion to 7.62 an urban legend? thanks J |
1. I've been running a LaRue/Viking sling attached with an MI qd mount on the rail and at the Vltor stock in the rear. 2. If your rifle comes with the ACE side folder, you will need to buy an adapter from Robinson for it 3. 7.62x39 is waiting on magazines from C-products. 7.62x51 is a different lower receiver (XCR-H is probably how it will be designated). |
