| I have been reading comments on this site since first of year since wanted to buy a new toy to go along with my Garand M1, Sig556, D.D. M4, and AK74 rifles . Being a 77yr old ex paratrooper figured a pup would be fun to have . I started reading here and research on a AUG A3. MSAR E4 looked impressive and the actions of MSARDAVE soon had me thinking this pup over the AUG. I ordered from Rat . Upon arrival was impressed with the quality. I sent Dave a private E mail stating why I purshased his rifle being impressed how he conducted business(like the good ole days in late 40 and early 50). Got a reply from him same day thanking me for the purchase and my service. A couple days after that get a package from Dave which included different parts ???. His note stated in case I MAY have a problem here are few parts that should handle a problem. I was stunned to say the least what a company and a company is only as good as its people . Dave is above any rating scale and very pro-active . The purpose of my joining this forum is to say THANK YOU, DAVE . If anybody has doubt about buying a MSAR rifle don't !!! When I do get to the range will follow with a report . Thanks KALEU |

Welcome sir, and I thank you for your service as well. Welcome Home Vet. You didn't take long to discover why a lot of us are hooked on MSAR. Dave is probably the single largest asset the company has, and I am hopeful that they realize it. The product is superior, but the service is over the top.
Enjoy the Pup. |

The real cool thing is that your experience is "par for the course" with MSAR. I mean that's just how they treat customers and honestly Dave is to be commended for that, because I don't know how he finds enough hours in the day to be such a good rep. It helps that Tony is a real gun nut of the first order as well. He has an impressive collection that we've seen just bits and pieces of here, but I think it's fair to say Tony has some real gems. Dave is a old school gun guy of the first caliber as well and also from the bits and pieces he's dropped in posts here sounds like a real accomplished/experienced hunter. Obviously they've all run a first class operation at Microtech knives for a LONG time and that is pretty much considered a tier 1 knife company by anyone who knows knives. All the above has come together to make MSAR a real successful venture and it's sure as heck not easy to start a gun company from the ground up based on a rifle that is pretty radical compared to what other folks were out doing. If it were any other product other than firearms we'd probably see MSAR in some national news piece as a successful manufacturing USA company in a time when that's becoming an increasingly rare thing. I'm really looking forward to when they come out with the Archangel pistol (nice little 9mm pocket pistol) so that I can have an MSAR firearm on me when I'm outside the house to go along with my STG inside the house. MCS will be nice too. I'm really looking forward to it being an even more affordable option for folks looking to get into the bullpup world. |
