Form 4, Trust
Sent 2/22/13 Received 2/25/13 Pending 4/12/13 I just called them again today, (called them in the summer for the pending date) and they say it is still in process. I asked about pending dates and they said they are no longer giving them out. They just go by the date received and they say 15 months from that. She did say that she did not know if mine was under the 15 month guideline or not since it was received in February, but that was all the info she could give me. |

| So yea like everybody else I called 2 weeks before the shutdown and was given all the regular info, I called today in hopes I might be approved but was only given a received date of February 26. Sigh I know we're all in the same boat together and we're getting close but holy shit am I tired of waiting. |
| I must be close. I sent my form 4 in March 17th, they received it March 19th. Do you guys think I have an April pending date? I thought I had a copy of my form 4, still might but I can't find it to check. So I'm just watching these threads to see how close I am. I believe Ferris is my examiner. |

My form was received Feb 20
Went pending April 10 Went to examiner desk Aug 5, and was told 60-90 days from this point Called yesterday and was told it is now 9-12 months from date of original receipt. I explained that when it went to examiner desk on Aug 5 i was told 60-90 days and now i am supposed to add another 60-90 days to that timeline. I asked how a 14 day shutdown added 60-90 days and was not given an answer. Their math does not add up. This has gotten to the point that when you order a new can it will be outdated by the time you are able to use it. |

I thought Sara was the examiner on them, but apparently Jason has taken over. Sara used to be fairly quick. I suppose she was too quick, because Jason is evidently on a permanent coffee break. |

I just called again to see if either of these had been approved, I was told to expect to see them in January...  Hopefully that's a worst case scenario.

Examiner: Shannon Siviero I called last week and all the guy that answered would say is that they're pending... I am waiting on a Form 4 on an SDN6 as well...close to your pending date. What really chaps my ass...aside from the overall lunacy of the NFA...is that the Form 4 for the can was 6 weeks behind the Form 1 for the SBR. I received the stamp for the SBR Form 1 the first week of September. So go figure how a 10 day vacation for the examiners delays the Form 4 for this length of time.

I've got a number of late April pending date Form 1s and Form 4s with Christina Farris.
Noticed that a few of her early April pending dates have recently been approved. I'm a pretty patient dude but I'm getting annoyed at the wait this time around. Will update when mine come in. |

The depressing thing is I bought that rifle and suppressor on 12/04/12 and had it Form 3 to Texas from Florida then sent the Form 4's in. I have been waiting more than a year for that rifle and suppressor.
