Hey guys,
Whats the general consensus on Armored Mobility's plates? More specifically their SAPI3 plates and side plates? I'm an active duty Marine so I'm not worried about getting them. Thanks |

Thanks AMI has a good reputation. Doc Roberts (DocGKR) highly recommends the AMI TAC3S. Since the SAPI3 plates are compressed HDPE they have a hard time with M855. http://www.armoredmobility.com/pdf/sapi3_armor_test.pdf Similar to the DT and TenH plates here. |
