I'm a tad worried about 41p. If requirements change, do they put all NEWLY received applications in new stacks with new requirements? Or does everyone who applied in Aug/Sept/Oct/Nov simply not meet the new expectations? Nobody knows if or when it changes, or what the final version will be. The assumption is anything already in process is fine, as the applications should meet the current requirements at the time they're submitted. |

| I called again today and they confirmed it was a Sept 6th Approved date...as of right now it's been a longer wait to actually receive the stamp than it took to approve the stamp! 2 weeks to approve it, and almost 4 weeks now and counting to receive it!!! I had an SBR transfer about a year ago as an individual, otherwise I can think of no other reason why it would have been so quick...but like I said, no stamp yet! |

| you have to call the NFA branch. I would keep checking to make sure your CC has been charged or the check cashed. That means they got it. Call again about 5 months later to check on it, or once people who mailed around the same time start getting theirs approved. You can apply for certified copy 30 days after approval. |

Hopefully we will see some August activity shortly It's been long enough. They were on June and July for like 3 months. I've got an early August pending, so hopefully before the holidays but if they don't get into August this week it won't be until January. |

The trend graph on NFAtracker.com has been starting to shift back up to the ~120-130 day mark.
Sucks. For some reason I was hoping to have my M11/9 before Christmas. It went pending 9/2. Wishful thinking I know, but some were getting approved around the 90 day mark at some point. Oh well. I haven't seen very many August approvals. I blame them for taking 3 weeks to cash my check. All my others were within a week. |
