I have a SBR and would like to have the barrel threded 1/2x28 for a 9mm suppressor. Please post info on those reputable companies that perform this task (Central Florida preferred).

Not central Florida, but I would (and have) use/d Ident or Orion.

Check your HTF. You'll likely get better results for local companies.

LOL - I had meant to respond to a different thread for engraving...hence the Ident/Orion.
What the others have said, ADCO does outstanding cur and re-threading, concentrically.
