Has anyone purchased one of thier scopes or heard anything about them?  They seem to have some pretty good prices.

Thanks

I have one on my AR,M-1 carbine and 10/22. Never had a problem with any of them, and if you do they have a life time warranty. Cheaper Than Dirt sells them at a good price too.

They're on the bottom of the heap, when it comes to optics.. Along the line of Simmons and Tasco..

I had one of thier Contender target scopes.. had it on several .22CF's and a .308, but the crosshair turned on me about 20 degrees, I sent it back and they gave me a new one no charge... but I couldn't trust it anymore, and sold it.

Wasn't very bright but was clear as far as I could tell... but nothing like a Nikon or Leupold. As long as you don't expect too much from them, you'll be fine. Just don't think you're getting too good of a deal.

'Cause you DO get what you pay for, when it comes to rifle scopes.

I agree with you Jus228. But I can't afford that quality.. If all else fails I always have the Iron Sites ready to go.

I have one-my guess is these are made in china on contract scopes like tasco, bushnell etc. Mine is just fine for an inexpensive scope.  I haven't used it past 200 yards, but out to that range it's good.

I will do without before I will buy a BSA scope.  Every one I have looked through tints the image yellow, and they are dim, even compared to Simmons or Bushnell's of similar price.

Now I know that you will get many responses from satisfied BSA owners - well, okay.  My advice is to find an old Weaver with a steel tube for $50 to $100 and be happy with a superior scope.
