Anyone try one? I just finished a dedicated .22lr AR, with a 16" bull barrel, and would like to get a scope for uinder $80. BSA seems to offer quit a bit. I see they make one for a .22 and wondering if it makes a difference. I will probably be shooting at 50-80yards at the most.

I am not familiar with BSA as having never used them, but in the past I have been warned away from them for being "cheap".

if you are just plingking shoudl be fine though

I have a couple BSA scopes. They are pretty good. I have a BSA Platinum 8-32X44 on my Marlin 980V. Also have a BSA Catseye on mossberg 695(12 ga) and holds it zero. I have been getting  Konus scope more now.

I have a 30-30 as my beater back up gun and I put on a BSA red dot on it several years ago and it has keep the zero and long battery life, if it"s a really bright day out it can be a little though finding the dot but overall I like it.
