Who has tried this trigger and likes it? Or tried it and does not like it? Also interested in someone who has tried it in a takedown model.
I might buy two of them and put one in my takedown model and put the other in my regular model and add a Magpul stock to it. Any opinions? I tried searching for any information on this topic on AR 15.com and couldn't find any. I can't believe there hasn't been threads on this yet, I guess my search-fu is weak |

i've tried it in the store, but never in the rifle.
compared to my Kidd Trigger Job Kit, ruger's offering is very underwhelming. the Kidd is, however, the nicest trigger i own. |
| Can anyone compare it to the Volquartsen hammer kit? I have the VQ kit in my stock plastic trigger group and I find that it lightened up the pull but it's still veeeeeery mushy and creepy. In some regards I find this worse than stock. Does the BX trigger have the same feel? |

Quoted: I have the BX trigger in my ruger 10/22. It's far better than the factory and has a crisp, clean break with little creep. I also have a KIDD 2# 2 stage in my Tactical Solutions X-ring and of course the BX isn't as nice but for the money, it's a great buy. http://i805.photobucket.com/albums/yy339/shellrob21/IMG_9323_zpsnrnr2w99.jpg http://i805.photobucket.com/albums/yy339/shellrob21/V3_zpsa0t5fr1k.jpg |

I guess where they are factory produced, I could tell small differences in them. Cabelas had 5 or 6 in stock, so I borrowed the trigger pull scale and tried them all. They all broke around 2.5-3.5lbs with some varying between each pull.
They all were pretty good but I found one that broke right at 2.5 every time. Ruger should put them in every 10/22. A factory trigger seems almost unusable now. |

They will not put the lighter trigger in the factory rifles for liability reasons. The heavier factory trigger prevents any "accidental discharge" from dropping or bumping. If the buyer replaces the trigger and there is an incident, Ruger is exempt from any liability.
