| Anybody out there use the Seirra or the RCBS ballsitcs programs? If so, what do you think of them? Worth it? |

Iahve used the Sierra program with the manual icluded for several years now. yes it is worth it. the data in the manual is quite accurate with the chrony. the bullet drop from the ballistics program are very consistant with what I see with my 223 service rifle to 1000 yards. I work up a load using the manual, print that page and circle the load. I then run the bullets past the speedometer. using accurate bullet speed, I put theinfo into the ballistics program and print the sheet. these I putnto a notebook and tae to the range.
