Looks like Battlecomp is offering their comp with a 51T option to use with AAC cans.

BC 51.0

It looks like it might be long enough to make a 14.5" barrel 16" OAL. Anyone have any specs on it?

Wasn't a company like adco doing this?  I've seen this before.

Read on one of the blogs (JTT) that someone called AAC and because the mount isn't sanctioned by AAC they would not warranty their can on it.

At first I was like WTF but after some more thought I think that Sco and SF would have similar policies. What if the threads on the mount are all jacked up?

They better add the 90T option as well...

You used to could get FSC 556s like this and they were all the rage.  I thought there was a patent on it and AAC forced production to stop?  They were always clear they would not warranty issues resulting from the mounts.

I emailed The BC51.0 is long enough to bring a 14.5 to 16 OAL.

I really wanted one, but I am skeptical about the Battlecomp. Any body here actually use one?

Was seeing a lot of reviews and a lot of people were not impressed.
