I'm guess you've searched site like MidwayUSA and Brownells?  IIRC the beads are just common sizes and you tap the barrel like normal, but I'm no expert or machinist.  PM "GunCat", "guncrank1", or "aippi" (or just call JD) for info from a real expert.

What size do you need?

Some common guns and their factory bead thead sizes

3-56 & 6-48 are the most common sizes used for replacement beads.. Any of these can be found at Brownells, Midway, or your local gunsmith.

or use-enco.com, mcmastercarr.com, penntoolco.com, etc., probably cheaper than any of the above sources.

OP, be careful with those small taps. Use plenty of oil and back them out often to break and clear chips.

I use a Forster self centering tap holder mounted on a drill press.
No more broken mini taps!
