With reading posts in the Precision Rifle and Reloading forum I don't really see very many posts with people talking about Benchmark powder. I've had some real good luck with this in my .308 and some loads in my 22-250. I'm sitting on several pounds of this and a huge big box of Nosler 168 grain Custom Competition HPBT's bullets. I'll try to get some of these put together for this weekend and see what I can do.

I use it for .223...meters better than Varget.

I've only used Varget for the Nosler 168 CC's...what's the typical group you can squeeze out of that projectile?

I've had excellent results with Benchmark in .223, with bullet weights ranging from 50grs up to 68grs.  I bought Benchmark originally for experimenting in my Marlin .45-70, where it also performs well, but now also love it for .223.  It's also proven excellent in .308 with 150gr bullets, both in my AR10 and my M1ANM.

My experiences with Benchmark have been very favorable as well. .
223 loads from 50 to 69 grains in bullet weight.

This is what I am getting with Varget and very similar with Benchmark.................. Amax 168 grain 100 yards. I am hoping to do the same with these Noslers.
