Any one seen the new Benelli M4. Its only got a 4 round mag tube, and a fixed folder. Why??

I don't know why it only has a 4 round mag but the fixed folder is probably because it is semi-auto with a pistol grip.

I might be wrong here, but I thought a semi-auto shotgun with a 5 round mag tube was an exception to the ban. Can anyone here verify this?

All I got to say is it ain't worth the $1400 they are asking for it. I guess it is a limited edition model, but I'll keep my preban M1S90.

I will however, be on the lookout for a M4 collapsible, adjustable stock for my M1...
