I have a Beta C mag, (Colt 9mm) and recently purchased a MP5 clone. Can I convert the mag from Colt to MP5? If yes what parts do I need?

Yep - MP5 feed clip kit.

The Colt tower uses 15 spacer rounds, the MP5 uses 13 spacer rounds.
