[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Beta Mag MP5 fit problem

I just got through checking out my new drum mag purchases and found a fit issue with my Bobcat weapons 5.

Has anyone else tried a Beta Mag with a Bobcat. All 5 of my other MP5 mags work just fine and fit isn't an issue. It looks like a dimple in the mag well is not lining up with the Beta mag.

Should I just sand down the Mag a bit? Or with this thing work at all with my MP5 clone?

Just remove material from the feed clip until it seats..

Thanks, a little filing and sanding made it work just fine.

Mine fits my SW5 just fine but the little raised part on the front of the mag feed lip won't allow it to fit my CA89k (SP89 clone). But I'm not sanding it till I want to use it in that gun... which may never happen.
