It's a good rifle, they used to make parts for Barrett and used their knowledge of the rifle to make their own copy of the M99.

While they look very similar, it is definitely no Barrett copy. Aside from the extruded aluminum receiver, they are put together very differently.

Some may argue that they are the same...but it's all in the details....

I've heard plenty of good things about them. However, the one and only time a saw one in person I was not impressed with the fit and finish of it. It was OK but just not anywhere as good as my M99. Also, the extractor broke while the guy was firing it. I have no idea what the actual cause of it was or whether or not BGA warrantied it for the guy.
