I am wearing some Belleville 600STs right now, but you may not like the "green" color.

Try Belleville or Bates.

i use the matterhorn 1999 for most of the year.  non-metallic toe, and goretex.  very happy with them.  i use the black knight insulated version for below 0'F.  i have a pair of danner ft lewis with the non-metallic toe, the safety toe comes back far and messes up the flex of the boot.  for a true summer boot id get the corcoran 4395.

I have some Belleville steel toe in desert tan. Have not had very long so I have only worn a couple of times, no hard use yet. Comfortable, seem like very good boots.

id say get the belleville steel toes a half size larger than normal issue.  my older ones arent wide enough, and my toes hit the cap on the side.  the newer soled, tennis shoe sole looking, ones may have redesigned the cap though.

I don't own any steel toes but I am satisfied with my Bellvilles, Bates, and Altimas and would suggest any of them on a comfort/durability factor.

Been wearing my first pair of Belleville 550ST for 3 going on 4 year exclusively, wore only sneakers till then can't go back, scratched the leather twice and haven’t needed to change the laces yet.
