First of where the heck do I get one or can I just make myself one? Second, I had two Nagants long before I got my C & R, do I have to put those into the bound book too?

Someone here e-mailed me an excel spreadsheet they had built. I printed off 50 pages and stuck them in a 3 ring binder.

As for the Nagants, only if you sell them. Prior purchases do not need to be entered since they were not acquired during the time you have had the license.

Beware of the phrase "using the license". As far as BATF is concerned, you are licensed and any C&R firearms acquired or disposed of while you are licensed must be logged regardless of how they were acquired.
