| Where is the best place to buy rifle brass? Specifically .223 and .308. The cheapest I've found is $50 per 1K of .223 and $80 per 1K of .308. |

Do you mind telling me where you are finding the .308 deal? If it is private shoot me an IM. I also would like to know your source for .223 and .308. Precision Brass has been recommended here, but it is way more than what you found already. |

I'm guessing $80 per 1K of .308 is a pretty good deal for brass. |

The only way I buy brass is when I buy loaded ammo. If I'm short on a caliber of brass (which is practically impossible since it can be picked up for free), I'll buy some factory ammo and shoot it. "You win twice, Brother. It's good Biz" - Joe Dirt I generally agree with that. However, I did have to buy .380 brass because my little pocket gun throws brass everywhere and I typically only recovered 3/10's of what I shot. I also bought 6.5 grendel brass because ammo is almost impossible to find or is very expensive. I would consider buying .223 once-fired if it was local and cheap...just to add to my inventory for a rainy day. |
