A local pistol range is selling brass by the 5 gallon bucket. He said must of it is .45 .40 9mm and .22 $40 a bucket. Is that a good price? Does anyone have an idea of how many pistol rounds can fit in a 5 gallon bucket?
Thanks |

About 1/3 that would be reasonable if you don't shoot where you pick it off the ground for free. |

Thanks I'd buy based on weight and the puritiy of the brass, e.g. how many are steel cases that got snuck in? With mixedd calibers you'll have more cases in 5 gallons than unmixed cases because 9 will fit inside the 40, and 40 will fit inside the 45 |
