I know people always gripe when they get horrible customer service, so I thought I'd do the opposite and rave on someone for their awesome support.
I emailed Brian Enos a question about some conversion kits this afternoon and within 42min I had a response! That's almost unheard of these days, and I just wanted you guys to know. Although, I'm sure you all already know since we all reload and lots of us drink the blue kool aid! When I ordered my 550 from him, he fixed my order because I had an extra part or two that I didn't need and he emailed me explaining what was going on and credited my card back all on his own. That is customer service and honesty that you just don't see much anymore unfortunately. Just wanted to give him a kudos for being a great businessman and person (and obviously shooter lol). |

| After I forgot some die lockrings in one of my orders I emailed Brian to see if I could add them. He quickly replied and told me it was too late but hed just mail me some "On the house". Those die lockrings ended up making it to my house 1 day earlier then the original order.. |

He has taken good care of me as well, I ordered items needed to start reloading .223 and submitted my order and thought I had everything but forgot a case gage and emailed him and he made a separate order and shipped it for FREE !!!
As stated great to deal with. |

| Brian is awesome. I ordered some stuff for my 550B, and then like 25min later realized I forgot to add something to the order, so I placed a second order. Brian emailed me like 15min after that and said he was going to combine my orders so I could save on shipping! I didn't even have to ask him to do it. |
