Is the HK MP5K briefcase a AOW? Because I would rather have a HK briefcase with a SP89 or MP5K than the Enigma.

I know for sure it is NFA, probably is AOW

The briefcase itself is not an AOW, it's just a case.

ETA: looking at the pic above, that's not the HK MP5K case I played with. The MP5K case fired from the side of the briefcase, not out of the handle.
also, it is listed for sale as an AOW on the site above.
