Thoughts on the buck nighthawk, I had one years ago and am thinking of getting another one. Curious what the hive thinks of them.

Hey, I like mine. It's my EDC knife now that I've got a decent sheath for it.

Survival sheaths

They are a little spicy as far as pricing goes, but are well worth it.

I do like the 420 steel. Although a bit hard to sharpen, once it takes an edge it stays there for a while.

A friend decided he would make a knife using a Nighhawk blade. When that didn't work out he passed it on to me. I recycled it to make up a knife for my CAS gun belt. I used my Lansky to sharpen it and it has held its edge well.
