[ARCHIVED THREAD] - CMMG .22 conversion

So I think I want a .22 conversion but I'm having a hard time deciding which one and finding one in stock. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks for the help.

I picked up 2 stainless evolution kits recently and love them. You'll have to research yourself to find them in stock.

Any benefit to the stainless steel vs the blued version? Other than the ease of cleaning.

They seem to work a little better and require no break in time. Worth it IMHO

I second the choice for stainless. Just hold it over a garbage can and hose it with Powder Blast. The grime just runs off it. I run Black Dog mags in mine and they run great. I also picked up some 20 round mags for bench/bipod shooting.
