[ARCHIVED THREAD] - CMP change of address help

CMP says it will start accepting orders for garands soon, but I have moved since my last order, from Ohio to Florida.

Do I have to go the whole notary, proof of club membership, proof of shooting activity route again, or can I just use my existing customer number and simply update the address?

I'll call them this week, but I'm itching for an answer and thought some of you might know real quick.

As long as your club membership is up to date.. just e-mail the CMP, using your customer number, and let them know...They will e-mail you back that they recieved it...

FYI, I got a reply email back that stated I DO have to notarize the next rifle order

Wrong. The OP indicated he wants to buy a Garand. If a person moves they have to submit another notarized form to buy a rifle.
