As a team member you can do a more extensive search, no?  If so, this has been discussed several times.  Basically, it's a good 2300 c.i. pack that comes with a reservoir and framesheet.

I have the BFM and really like it. it the same as mother load with more outside pockets.

I used a Motherlode for the Tiger Valley Bug Out Drill last year. 15 miles in one day while completing obstacles. It worked well, but I have one of the pre-framesheet models and wish Camelbak would sell framesheets separately for older models.

I have one of the newer ones and I'm very happy with it.  It is comparably priced to other 3 day packs out there, yet it comes with the bladder and frame sheet, while most others don't.  Also has velcro for patches and plenty of molle attachments.  Prior to that I had a TT 3 day pack.  The Camelback is set-up a lot better in my opinion.  It has internal pockets and storage for smaller items so you can actually divide and organize your gear instead of just dumping it all in a large compartment.

It's awesome.  It's my favorite all around pack.  I'm a pack fiend and have several.
I've got a Camelback MULE, Transformer, SnoBound, MotherLoad and I sold a BFM.  I've got a Gregory Endurance, a GoLite Speed and an Arc'Teryx Borea.  I just sold a Pine Ridge Travel Pack (Canadian Pine Ridge, not the Cabela's Pine Ridge Line) and have sold a couple other packs in the past.
I've used them for 12 and 24 hour adventure racing, mtn biking, trail running, inline skating, backcountry skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, mountaineering, hiking, everyday carry, truck bags and everything else I can think of.  My Motherload is the most versatile of all of them I think.
I bought a Kifaru Marauder in the hopes of finally ending my pack addiction thinking it was the ultimate pack.  It wasn't.  I returned it and stuck with the MotherLoad.  It's a better pack.  I've tried the Eagle IIIA pack too.  The Motherloade rocks.

I ordered one last night from SKD. They had them on sale for 105.

Thanks for the input.

That's less than dealer cost.  What colors...maybe I'll order a couple. :)

blackhawk makes a framesheet that will fit the motherlode and most other medium sized packs.

Does Camelbak make their packs waterproof?

Interesting. Has anyone tried one of these? I saw two different sizes on the blackhawk website--I'm assuming the smaller one would fit into the Motherlode.

No.  It might be somewhat water resistant, but they're not waterproof.  For that, you'll need to purchase dedicated dry-bags or Alolock bags for contents.
