I can't exactly remember where I saw this before but I was wondering if you guys could help me?

Who do I contact to cancel?
What's their email?
What needs to be included in the email for the refund?

Call the NFA Branch (304) 616-4500 and tell them you'd like to
cancel a pending F1. They'll give you instructions. Be sure to have
your serial number handy.

Refunding your $200 will probably take several months.
