I have an older RCBS manual case trimmer that has worked just fine for several decades.  However having recently acquired a larger quantity of 5.56/223 brass I need to find a quicker way to trim the brass.  I would like to find something that is not too expensive nor that would take up too much room of the reloading bench.
What trimmers have people used and what to stay away from?  Most of the reloading equipment I have is RCBS, but am open to suggestions?

Worlds Finest trimmer.

I am actually here looking around for the other brand name that does ream and chamfer at the same time as trim.  You buy it in two calibers at a time, IIRC.

Best reloading tool I have ever bought is a Giraud trimmer.

Its expensive but once you use one you will forget all about the price. It really is that good.

Since you already have deburing tool from the RCBS kit, then pick up a  Kwick case trimmer in 223 and trimmer holder to make short work of the 223 cases for $30.
Hence tumble clean the cases, full size the cases, run the case through the trimmer in a drill, then install your RCBS chamfer in the tool holder to debur the cases, then toss them back in the tumbler.

And yes, even with have press mounted power trimmer, still find myself just chucking the Kwick trim up in the lathe if I just have a hand full of range stray cases that need to be trimmed to AOL them current lot that has been pre-trimmed before in the press during a batch run instead.

Hence a Giraud or a power trimmer for the press is nice if you are going to trim a bunch of different type brass, but for just say 223 trimming quickly on the inexpensive side, the Kwick trimmer fits the bill nicely with the tools you are ready have instead (read even cordless drill will work to spin the trimmer in the holder).

Do you mean the trim-it system? I have one and it's great! It takes a while to adjust it but it's always given me fantastic results. You DO get two caliber inserts and the standard cutting mill that works decent, if you don't want to adjust for every case. The micrometer adjustment makes it better than the WFT if you don't have a template case on hand.
