Lets say you send in your paper work and change your mind and decide you don't want to SBR a receiver.
Can this be done and not forfeit your $200 and stop the process? Who would you call or contact and how THX!!!!!!! |

You can void a Form 1 at any time up until the SBR is actually "made" (assembled for the first time) and get a refund of the $200.
You will have to do it in writing, but first I would call BATFE/W.Va. and discuss it with them –– who to address the letter to, etc. (304) 616-4500 Be aware that the refund checks can take up to six months to get mailed.
