Go on Ebay get a surplus Fighting Load Carrier.    $15 shipped new in bag.   Add some SDS M4 mag pouches (about $6 each) and a couple pistol mag pouches.    This stuff works fine and is dirt cheap.    Available in ACU/UCP, DCU, Woodland, and Coyote Brown.
