In an effort to greatly increase the number of baffles within a set size of tube...What if and it might be pricey, but what if one had 30-40 challenge coins made out of Ti (alum? weight) that had teeth stamped, machined along the edges like poker chips or checkers that engage and lock together tightly..so the idea is that one could alternate the coins minutely by rotating the stack creating a maze of baffling and redirection of gasses along the stack...one could double or triple the number of baffles in a can due to the thicknesses involved coins vs FP or VSR's and really mix up and confuse the gasses...
