You all that use a LLC to obtain Class 3 goodies do you have a checking account for it or do you just write personal checks for the tax stamps.

I have a checking account fo rthe LLC. Most banks offer free small business checking accounts. It's not necessary, though. I have the account because I do conduct some business other than collecting NFA items.

I write personal checks and put this in the lower left space:
"For Lee NFA Investments, LLC"
