First off how hard is it to install one?? Any special tools?

Also is there any other grip that you can put on it? Is it an AR type mount or somthing else?

I recommend the CQB Chop Mod with the AR style butt stock and grip.
Installation is pretty easy if you have a standard profile barrel.

Will that SEI barrel we were talking about fit in the Chopmod stock?

SEI will neck it down to fit. They have done this to hundreds of barrels. I have one of these and it's awesome.
A little material is turned off of the barrel to clear inside the stock, the barrel is heat treated after it is machined.
