On the FFL form it has the Type01/02 Box that says Dealer license includes Rifle,Pistols etc etc and National Firearms Act Weapons.

Are the lumped in or what?

An FFL can transfer NFA weapons. But they have to pay the $200 tax per transfer.

If you want to be tax exempt, you want your SOT.

Special Occupational Taxpayer. I.e. you pay a flat rate, dont' have to pay for individual transfers.
