Hey guys, the gun is clean. I took it completely apart and disassembled the breach  block and split the upper in half.

The weapon when not working properly will do as follows;

-chamber the initial round

-fire that round and eject the shell

-a round will go partially into the barrel but not all the way preventing the bolt to carry into a full battery position

-often times when the last description occurs there will be the 1 round halfway seated into the barrel opening inside the chamber accompanied by another round sticking halfway out the top of the mag in the chamber usually jacked up between the bolt face and the half seated round at a 45 degree angle or so. the bolt will remain about halfway open at the end of this before clearing the weapon.

everything was as clean as it was when i received it new from the dealer, the mag appear to be working properly and was moving freely with no drag spots throughout its range of motion

i really adore this gun, and i picked it out with the intention of competing in 22 rim-fire shooting events but it has to be reliable before i can do that

this happened 4 times i belive out of 80 or so rounds today. much better mind you, it happened at least once a mag load prior to the last full break down

please help guys, i want to have as much fun with this gun as i know it really is.

i'll be happy to take pictures of anything if that helps.

thanks all
