[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Cobb BA50

I have the opportunity to purchase a Cobb BA50 bolt action rifle with 100 rounds of surplus ammo. The rifle has about 30 rounds through it and no scope.

What do y'all think is a reasonable price for the rifle and ammo?

3500 for gun
300 for ammo.

Would anyone have any input on these? I have read good and bad on the Cobb bolt action and wondering if I should stay away from it or not. I can get the rifle and 100 rounds of ammo for $3500. Please advise.

I think that is a good price.

I have the BA50 Bushmaster, which I understand is basically the Cobb design. No issues with the bolt. Very smooth.
