Well here it goes...

Colt LE 6945 CQB that is less than a year old with approximately 3k rounds through it. I am now getting failure to feed problems. The rifle always fires and ejects (good pattern) but is intermittently not picking up and chambering a fresh round. It has happened with Lancer and Pmgas.

It's happened a few times with a Federal green tip (xm855lc1) 62 grain fmj and a lot with American Eagle 223 rem 55 grain fmj (ae223af). This rifle is issued to only one officer and is maintained the way it should be.

Symptoms were present with different lowers. Everything else appears to be just fine.

Thoughts???

Thanks in advance....
