I was wondering if i could legally sell my reloaded ammo to people. Do I need a license to do so, and if so, how do i go about getting it. Jeff

You need a Type 6 FFL.

Contact the ATFE office close to you will get you started.  But, it might be a good investment to consult a lawyer to help insulate your asset and liablity exposure and deal with any other issues.  Then you may have to deal with zoning issues?  Lots to consider of course, Then there is the other overhead items of advertising, supplies, equipment etc....

   I agree.  I've looked into this too back then.  For now I have too much at stake with bills and teen going to college.  Someday I may do it when it's financially feasable.

Product liability insurance is what finished me off. I couldn't afford Lloyd's of London ins,, the only type available at the time.
