I just came across a AR 10 lower  for the price it was to good to pass on and I was wanting to start a .308 build any way so it worked out ..
 Any way  the lower is from CMMG  can I fit any  AR 10 style upper on it or will I have problems?

You should look for DPMS Gen 1 compatible uppers.  Armalite will not work.
