Wondering if anyone who owns a Condor MOPC has removed the side straps & buckles, and just relies on the cummerbund?

Seems like the side straps & buckles may be unnecessary, and is just an extra step when donning/doffing the carrier.

I'm running an MOPC with AR500 front, back, and side plates.

Thanks for any info!

I just tuck them in the back, where the c-bun runs through.

Reason being, during the summer I'll run it w/o the c-bun and just the straps.
Otherwise, id chop them off.
