[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Copy of NFA paperwork

On keeping a copy of form 1, form 4, etc with the corresponding item, what actually needs to be copied? I keep the originals in the safe. Does the entire form, front and back, need to be copied and kept with the item? Just the front of the form? Just the stamp? Thanks.

I carry a double-sided copy of the approved form when I'm out and about.

I only copy the front side since there is nothing on the back of mine since it's a business.

If mine were individual with a CLEO, I would definately have both sides.
