Well, while most of the adds on Craigslist for reloading are way over priced..........from time to time, deals pop up, but you had better be ready.
Just scored 1000 WLR primers, 300 to 400 30 cal projectiles from 110grn GP to 180 Spitzers.....for $20 Was talking to the guy...he mentioned he used to reload for 30-06......oh really......I mentioned I am using that brass for 8mm brass...........well......few minutes later I have a 5 gal bucket 3/4 full of Brass for another $20. let the polishing and sorting begin.....mostly 30-06 brass, but am finding 7mm rem mag, 338 win mag and there are a few others in here. first batch is polished and being sorted. Second batch is in the tumbler.............. |
| what can also be cool about craigslist sometimes is being able to sometimes negotiate and or getting bonus items..........IE: the bucket of brass. I already have a full 1 gallon ziplock bag or 30-06 brass. 3 338 Lapua Magnum and a sandwhich size ziploack of 7mm Rem Mag, and another small ziplock with other misc brasses. No sure what 7mm Rem Mag brass is going for.......but going to find out so I can sell that. |
