My oldest daughter 6, is soon to get her first functional firearm, a youth sized .22.  I am currently looking at the cricket. I am leaning toward the laminated wood stock and stainless barrel. Does anyone know of any significant differences between these options and a blued barrel with synthetic stock other than price.  Accuracy? I am leaning toward this combo out of personal preferences but is there anything I might be missing.
Thanks

The laminate stock will be heavier and of course stainless steel will have better corrosion resistance.

I say get the cheaper one and put the extra money aside for her next gun.

Thanks for the responses.  And Yes I could use the extra cash to further her AR build that I have already begun.

This would be the way to go. I bought my son the synthetic black and he has loved it. He is 10 now and its time for something new.

I bought the pink one for my daughter to shoot when she's big enough-likely 5+ years from now, she's a month old Figured they might not make it when she's big enough for it.

I agree.  I bought bought the blued wood stock for my kids.  Both LOVED the gun because it is small and manageable.  After a couple years and 500 rounds, we are moving to 10/22s.
