[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Custom Riflesmiths

So I've got a Remmy 700 BDL (.308)factory receiver & action. I'm looking for recommendations of which outfit to send it of to to turn into a bad ass bolt gun it's meant to be. Application is for intermediate distance (> 400 yds.) precision shooting / paper punching. Some of you might say stick with factory but I've got enough factory guns and want to try the custom built route.
