I just got off the phone with Dave kick ass cool dude by the way. I told him I had a defective detach sling swivel. He said He would send me out a new one asap. I was like ok cool. I thought I would of had to pay for a new one, but I ant complaining. Yes I would say Microtech has the best customer service I have ever seen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
P.S. He said he was sending me a few mags because of it. I told him he didnt have to I was happy with the new sling swivels, but he said no he will send anyways. GOOD SHIT MAN!!!!!!!!!!! I will tell everyone I know that Mircotech by far as the best customer service I ever seen not to mention one of the coolest rifles ever!!!!!!!!! Each time I hit the range I get looks from everyone there as I am blasting away with my black stg-556 with a eotech 512 on it. I am a lefty and with the new bolt, and the fact I am a shorter guy this rifle fits me perfectly. I am using it in the upcoming zombie shoot in Langhorne, Pa in Oct. I will be taking pics from the event, and possibly some videos as well for fello forum members to see. I am highly suprised by the customer service of Mircotech. I am proud to say they are from my state of Pennsylvania as well. Thank you Dave |
