| just recently dipped my Saiga 12. Didn't use that dip kit but bought film and activator from TWN Industries. Since have access to automotive paints and clears through work. Put 5 coats of clear on it when done. It does rub off in the areas where metal to metal contact like on my saftey. Overall its just as durable as car paint. Depending on how well you prep the base coat wil depend on how well it holds. IMO it is a very good coating will not scratch off from tree/brush wear. |
